A global view of organizational culture

Companies and associations everywhere are learning from experience that organizational culture tends to reflect the host country’s national culture. Our clients in Denmark find that their own organizational culture differs markedly from most of the international counterparts they work with around the world. The biggest difference is between their own egalitarian organisational structure – horizontal, with few layers of management – and the vertical, hierarchical structure Danes so often encounter abroad.
