Doing business in Britain

Danes doing business with British counterparts regularly encounter differences in business behavior that cause misunderstandings and sometimes friction. In this article we alert Danes to the most frequently caused problems during meetings and negotiations. The British do protocol and ritual, which has its origin in the traditional hierarchical British business structures. The Danes, however, do practicality and efficiency originating from being good at teamwork and having a relatively flat system of business governance.
