Danes managing across cultures in Hungary

Danes managing business in Hungary do not expect to hear comments like these from their local counterparts: “Our Danish project leader’s management style makes him look like a weak and indecisive leader,” and “Danes are not clear enough when they explain tasks and assign responsibilities.” Over many years of working with Hungarians and Danes Eva has gathered a number of criticisms regarding Danish management behavior.
