A Tailored Workshop Programme
Before the start of the course, you will be given general information about the country/ies in question, so we will be ready to dive into the training and start achieving the learning goals from the start of the day.
Regardless of whether we’re focusing on China, India, the US, Russia, South Korea, France, Italy, Hungary, or any other country, we will first learn about Richard Gesteland’s cultural patterns, so that we can place Denmark and the target country/ies on his 5 continua.
This will allow us to identify the likely causes of any misunderstandings, which we will then be able to discuss in plenum or in groups and conduct some case rounds or role plays.
By the end of the programme, we hope to have raised your awareness and knowledge of the country/ies dealt with and given you tools for your future international career.
